Do I need lab work before starting treatment?

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we operate as a cash-pay practice. However, we can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We can accept HSA/FSA if diagnosis is medically necessary.

How do I receive my medications?

After your consultation and approval, your prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy. You'll receive your medication via mail delivery to your house.

Can I return the medication?

Due to health and safety regulation, medication cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or delivered-even if unopened.

How do I request a refill?
